 Need to make a payment?
    • You can pay online with the Allpay app, or on the Allpay website
    • Use your Allpay card to pay at any Post Office, PayPoint, or Payzone outlet

 Need to report a repair?
    • If you have an urgent repair, call us on 0808 164 0111 and press 1
    • For all non-urgent repairs, you can email us at info@karbonhomes.co.uk
